Webinar Invitation:
Computer Vision & Augmented Reality - Saving lives

Obtaining seamless Situational Awareness

Learn how to gain accurate GIS-enhanced information, over real-time video footage, translating it into actionable intelligence.

  • Roads and Street Name
  • Landmarks and Public Buildings
  • Color coded Points of Interest (POI) and Areas of Interest (AOI)
  • Geo-Register user generated data
  • Unique grids

Instead of having to divide your focus between multiple screens typically used in Command & Control Centers and GIS systems, this solution can accurately merge all your actionable intelligence information to a single screen!

This reduces the cognitive load on viewers having to ingest large amounts of information in real time, leading to more rapid operation, informed decisions, and reduced ambiguity and mistakes.

Background

When Adam Kaplan and Menashe Haskin launched their augmented reality drone company Edgybees in 2017, they aimed to turn the sky into a racetrack. DronePrix AR gave users the chance to duck and dive through obstacle courses, collect prizes and compete worldwide in a fun gaming experience. A couple months later, the company shifted focus into a new arena - Emergency-Relief.

When Hurricane Irma washed over Florida the software augmented aerial views of flooded Miami and the Florida Keys with street maps to help rescuers navigate devastated neighbourhoods. The technology has also been used to assist with Hurricane Michael and wildfires in Northern California. The software is currently deployed amongst first responders in the USA, Europe and Australia where it was recently used to help combat the wildfires.
